About Our Founder
Doug Roper is the Founder and Chief of Everything at TalentSpring. He has been assessing recruiting talent and building world-class talent acquisition teams for over 15 years. Throughout his career, Doug has had the good fortune to work with and learn from (in his opinion) some of the most effective recruiters and staffing leaders in the corporate and agency domains. He has taken the knowledge gained from those experiences to create TalentSpring's approach to providing progressive companies with the best talent in the market.
