TalentSpring is growing and we are seeking an in-house recruiter to join our team to help us recruiter recruiters (R4R) for our clients. This is a part-time (20 - 30 hours per week) position. You will employ your industry savvy and networking skills to develop a network of the best recruiters in the market. You come with an entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature and serious desire to make an impact in people's lives.

You will:

  • Recruit recruiters for some awesome companies…seriously, amazing brand-names you hear every day.

  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for social media. We need to up our social media game.
