Position: Technical Recruiter
Position Type: 12-month contract with potential for conversion
Location: Herndon, VA
Pay Range: $40 – $60 per hour DOE (W-2)
Work Location: Mix of remote and onsite
Your Challenge: Provide full life cycle recruiting in support of the company’s contracts with the DoD and Intelligence Community. This is an enterprise level role that will provide support across all contracts and all agencies within the division. You will access your recruiting expertise daily as your recruit the most in-demand talent with the highest levels of government security clearances (Full Scope Polygraph) and compete against some of the most well-known company brands. You will forge partnerships with all stakeholders including business unit leadership, human resources and your talent acquisition peers.
How: Your exceptional sourcing capabilities will determine your ability to be successful. ATS queries, LinkedIn sourcing and traditional job board usage are expected. What will truly determine your success is your ability to “do more” than the average recruiter. You will have new and inventive ideas for identifying the best talent in the market. You are exceptional at prioritizing and coming up with solutions for challenges. You will fully immerse yourself into the business and have expert level knowledge of the business unit and skill sets for which you are recruiting.
