Senior Technical Recruiter (BD)

Hybrid Remote, Virginia

Our Client’s FedCiv Talent Acquisition Business Development (BD) team is looking for a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Recruiter that embraces goals, the customer mission, and challenges.

 Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 Responsible for a full requisition load (proposal and strategic hire), manage the full life cycle recruiting process

Recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry to understand their motivation

Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management

Source talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals

Consult with candidates and guide them through the proposal timeline and hiring process

Screen talent to ensure candidates are qualified, cultural fits, and fully vetted for their interest in the role

Negotiate offers, prepare offer letter requests, and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates

Support pre-award surge hiring and program transition kick-off’s to market operations

 

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years technical, full life-cycle recruiting experience

Experience recruiting candidates with various clearance levels

Skilled boolean searcher, active recruiter who goes out and finds passive candidates

Proficient with Microsoft office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Knowledge of OFCCP/EEO laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting various business development efforts to include recruiting for key personnel and incumbent capture

Demonstrated experience developing and executing Incumbent Capture strategies and delivery preferred

Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seeks new sourcing options, and develops creative approaches to delivering top talent

Competitive in nature, and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment

Networker, excellent organizational and sourcing skills, persuasive, and charismatic

Solutions oriented and creative with strong analytic skills and ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
