Corporate Recruiter

This is a 3-month contract opportunity a leading educational technology company in the Washington, DC metro area. This is a 100% remote position for the duration of the contract. 

Your Challenge

  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for the Corporate team.

  • Enhance the talent acquisition team’s ability to rapidly target, identify, source, and present the most talented candidates for current and future requirements.

  • Develop search strategies and build target lists of top talent in the area.

  • Develop networking and referral base using social networking and other innovative methods to identify desired candidates.

  • Live and breathe in the company’s applicant tracking system. 

Essentials Skills and Experiences

  • 2+ years of experience sourcing and assessing talent in a high-volume environment (preferably in an agency environment).

  • Experience recruiting corporate functions professionals (Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Compliance).

  • Proficiency and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find passive candidates.

  • Ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers while keeping customer service as a priority.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and manage an average workload of 15+ requirements.
